If you pop in, can I get your opinion on something?
Some several years or so ago, I acquired this salvia...think it was labled either fulgens or pulchella, and I questioned that. Richard thought it is the now known as s. univerticillata. I'm not sure....
This is the plant grown in rich soil in part shade beneath an avocado tree with ample water, climbs easily to 12 ft or more, very floriferous, volunteers readily....

Same plant grown in full sun, un-enriched soil, very little water...is about 5' x 5'.
