I germinated Manfreda from my own plant indoors. I used equal parts Promix, vermiculite and sand. I sowed the seeds on top of the soil and pressed them in, and just dusted with some of the potting mixture--they need light to germinate, so you want to leave part of the seed visible. I was told that they germinate better when fresh, I hope yours do well.
