I use it for some seed, like Datura and agastache. I've only grown sempervivum seed once, but it germinated fine without. So does sedum, but some sedums need cold stratification.

I mix up the GA-3 at 500 PPM and put it in an aluminum spray bottle and just spray the soil before I plant or the paper towel if I'm using the Deno method.
