Just in from planting the first batch of peas. I put them in the raised flower bed behind the house. I got Little Marvels, so they are in the middle of the bed in front of the Japanese spirea, the phlox and one clematis. They will hold down the mid level of the bed. Usually, I try to plant on Good Friday, or as near as possible, but there having been a foot of snow on the ground, I decided to wait. We are having some lovely weather, with rain on the way, mostly warming temperatures and all but the biggest piles of snow gone.
