I have the same problem. I got germinating-seed-happy and I don't know what to do with all 60+ seedlings when they grow big. (Yikes!). I'm keeping them in small pots for as long as I can. I don't mind if they get stunted and when they are 2 years old, then I will transfer them to bigger pots or ship them to my Mom who has a few acre farms and boy does she love plants!
But they all look so cute for now:), some are starting to branch out. So I'm keeping them for now until my DH puts them up for adoption.
