As to what I do?? Well, I had 6 hours to talk to them on the way home and all the time I was cutting them back and packing the car. You see I explanded that I really love roses and was going to give them a good home, BUT if they chose not to grow that was their decision and I could always add their little dead bodies to the burn pile if they were so mean as not to grow for me.
