This is the start of my recycled material green house. As a Carpenter I come across TONS of material all the time. I am making use of these sliding doors and windows I Smiling collected a few months ago. Today I was trying to find a quick and easy way to assemble this with the ability to disassemble it easily if I want to.
I went through a few ideas until I noticed a bevel on the bottom of the slider and figured I would increase the bevel angle more and that would then set the angle of the upper glass. After that I just attached a cross brace from top to bottom to keep the top window secure while standing it. The panel is 4 feet wide by 6 feet 8 inches tall.
I have three of these doors but think I may just stay with two for now. I'm just gonna use plastic for now for the ends. And I still need to level it before I attach the door and window set. Thumb of 2013-04-14/Tom/a97ff5

Benjamin Franklin’s admonition made over 200 years ago when he said, “Security and freedom are not the same thing… in fact just the opposite. The more security you seek, the less freedom you have. The people with the most security are in jail. That’s why they call it maximum security.”
