I recommend the Buff head cover for covering your nostrils. I use it for complete UV face protection, but you can just use it as a mask. It is very stretchy and breathable and I love it!

It comes as a tube that you wear around your neck, and it is easily pulled up and over your nose....or down when you are away from the pollen.
they dry quickly and are really lightweight! I love this thing!
I don't know why they don't advertise it for allergies...but I am betting it would help a whole lot!

Tip, if you wear it with sunglasses or regular glasses, you just have to tuck the edge underneath your glasses to prevent fogging up. But your swim goggles will do the trick like said above...
