Sue came up here last week and we went shopping at a few nurseries. She brought her darling doggies this time, so we all had fun.
She arrived with 13 roses that she had scouted out for me down in the South Bay Area.

The top 4 are available only at Orchard Supply Hardware, as far as I know. Sue bought all of these roses at OSH and at Summer Winds. Some were bare root in bags and some were planted in containers, and all 13 came to less than $200. Sweet!
We then found more roses at Lowe's and Home Depot, ranging from $4 to $14 each.

Only 4 of the 20 are duplicates, so 16 of them are brand new to my garden, bringing the total number on my HMF list up to 1440, which is very exciting and kind of scary. I'm not even going to try to guess the real number, which would include all of the unnamed roses and duplicates. Apropos of that, I just got 8 more Belinda's Dream plants in the mail.
