I just found out that Red Sorrel is a sign of high acid soil per my local extension office. I have a lot of it, unfortunately, and have to amend the soil enough with lime every year to be able to grow plants that need a more alkaline environment.

Life is a rush into the unknown. You can duck down and hope nothing hits you, or you can stand tall, show it your teeth and say "Dish it up, Baby, and don't skimp on the jalapeƱos."
