I think this is more beautiful than the pictures Edmunds is using. I LOVE the russet and the coffee colored roses.

Make sure to leave room for vineyard song, kitty. It sends long, sprawling canes. This is its second year in my garden. It has 6' canes and lots of buds. It would be beautiful cascading on a slight slope - I am tempted by the slope across the sidewalk - but it may be a challenge to keep it in bounds where planted. Reviews said 3' tall. I guess I assumed 3' high or less. Like a floribunda. Wrong. At least it is healthy and has pretty little flowers. It is near baby blanket, which wants to be a queen size quilt. I don't want to cut off so many buds, so I will wait until after the spring flush before cutting them back.

There aren't many rose gardeners in this area. I had no idea that roses could get so big in areas with winters like ours.
