Hi Lisa, since that looks like a very young plant yet, I'm sure it will be going through some major changes as it grows up. The basic leaf shape looks correct, and I see yours has the fine cilia on the leaf edges, so it could very well be Pink Charm. I just went out and looked at mine, and I don't have any young chicks right now, so mine is mostly the olive green color. Here is a picture of mine with some younger chicks that look similar.

I suggest you keep an eye on it and keep comparing it to the database pictures as it matures to be sure.
