That's a good point , Lucy. I need to "check" for a local iris club, or society, and join! The one's I'm aware of in Illinois, are both about 100 miles from me, and while this is not a huge distance, in this day and age, it's too far to be "handy".The county extension hosts a "master gardener" program, and has a plant sale, but there aren't too many iris. Hostas seem to be the perennials of choice, and there are always lots of annuals....Arlyn
