I wasn't overly impressed with Chamblees. Roses were small, barely nothing more than cuttings, but they did survive, so I would order again onlyif they had something I couldn't get elsewhere.

Ashdown is located in SC, I believe, and there is an antique rose nursery in Iron Station, NC, that I will be checking out this spring in anticipation of adding more roses to my garden.

I would appreciate any other recommendations for roses that will perform in shade. Sue, I have MM on the list already.
I think that if ever a mortal heard the voice of God it would be in a garden at the cool of the day. ~F. Frankfort Moore, A Garden of Peace
