Leave it alone for a few days. If it's not broken completely, it may heal enough to live cripled this season. If it does, cut the bud head off as soon as it appears so the handicapped plant can put whatever energy it can into growing next years bulb. But even if it is totally broken off, the lily bulb will survive and grow up next year. It will be a smaller plant, of course.
