I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Irises Roses
if that. i will admit that edmonds grafts were excellent... the plants were uniform and a grade 1 or better size.. it wasnt deformed looking like a ball attached to the side of the rootstock and 3 canes coming out of the ball. i know they grow and all that .. but ive had to plant a rose crooked so the canes would be strait up.. the only problem is that: if im not mistaken they dig them up and keep them in cold storage for the winter.. and if they are in there too long they get mold and root rot. so if you do get from edmonds order early. most grafted nurseries do the cold storage thing so order early where ever you get grafted..
grafting is hard .. taylor sent me some tape and 20 belindas dream and duchess de brabant to use as root stock .. well i almost got one.. i pretty much butchered them. it takes practice thats for sure
