Chellie, as long as the bulb is firm, (looks like it) I'd have patience and not disturb it.

I read up a bit on Pleiones a few months ago, and from what I learned, they sometimes flower at the same time as they are putting up their leaves in the spring. They like the weather cool and moist, so what you're doing sounds right to me.
