You probably don't need to put them inside if you can just set them in some shade for them to recover. If there's no shade available you can always cover them with shade cloth during the day and remove cloth at nite and then recover the next day until they recover. The morning sun, partial afternoon sun spot might be good to put them in first without shade cover when they look better.
