Cinta, I would try Buck roses since many are Hybrid Tea crosses and have the Hybrid Tea blossom shape.
They tend to be hardier.

Joanna definitely look into Canadian Explorers, Pavement Roses and Rugosas but for OGR I don't know what to recommend for your zone other than check what zones they're rated for and simply try them. I think Hortico use to have a search for roses by zone option on their website. Try that. Do you have any sheltered areas you can plant roses in like next to a building?
