Mike, that's one easy grower, too. Once you get it established it comes back year after year, and blooms up a storm. You do need a trellis or some sort of support for it.

I have some Lobster Claw Heliconias in bloom this week - such bizarre blooms. Hope my friends will ignore the ratty foliage, we're working on it.
