I don't think that it's a matter of what was wrong with their cooler. I got the distinct impression from the gentleman who called for the credit card that he'd not rather hold on to them but ship them out immediately. Maybe they don't want to ship roses out to colder places? I'm sorry, but in my area, I just cannot be putting roses in the ground in Feb/March.. mainly because the ground's usually still a frozen brick at that time.
