Now let's look through some wonderful roses by Dr. Griffith J. Buck. Dr. Buck spent much of his life working to hybridize hardy, disease-resistant roses at Iowa State University. Sadly, his work was tremendously underappreciated. His roses did not receive widespread recognition for their beauty and performance until after his death in 1991.

Here's my personal favorite among his offerings, Distant Drums -- a true beauty with a mystical, everchanging palette!
