I use Tecnu to wash my hands if I think that I have been exposed to Poison Ivy. Even if I develop Poison Ivy I wash the site twice a day with Tecnu and it provides relief and stops it spreading.I am highly allergic to Poison Ivy but have found that this really works for me.
