I have a fair number of the English David Austin roses and they have wonderful fragrance. Tradescant is intense; Dark Lady and Gertrude Jekyll are a close second. Julia Child, yes, Golden Celebration is fragrant. Charlotte, Iceberg, Proud Titania and Mary Rose have very nice perfume.
