I recently read an article in Garden Gate that if you buy one of the newer hot-colored echinaceas in a 4" pot or smaller, you should pinch off the flower stalks and let it concentrate on bulking up the foliage for a season. Who has the self-restraint for that??
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
