These are all reasonable requests, and good ideas. This is a case where I wish there were a few more of me, working together, so I could assign tasks to the various daves and have them do these things.
I'm working on making the ability to customize the blue bar at the top and as part of that you will be able to add a direct link to the daylilies database in that bar. So I think that'll satisfy your request about getting a more convenient path to a particular database.
And by the way, I, too, agree that it takes too many steps to access a particular custom database. With so many of them, I'd be very glad to have better ways to help people get to them.
