I've just begun taking photo's of dragonflies in my yard and looking up identifications. I have a very difficult time trying to compare photo's, so it's great when someone on here recognizes them and gives the names.
Yep, the Halloween Pendant's range is Eastern N.A. so for sure it would be found in Macon, Ga. I found this when googling:
