Forgive me for asking the obvious questions, but we have to start somewhere:
1 - have you fully closed your browser and re-opened it?
2 - have you cleared your browser cache and tried again?
3 - have you rebooted your PC and tried again?
What browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) do you use, and what version? (you can find out by clicking "Help->About" in your browser menu bar)
