Comtesse de Bouchaud has been an issue for the past 3 years. It was doing fine for 5 years and then this keeps happening. Yellow foliage. I cut it all the way back this spring, fed it alfalfa tea and then a dose of acidifier (recommend by someone) but still it developed this foliage issue.

I was thinking to cut it back , dig it out and transplant it to somewhere else. Is it worth it? Or is there another solution to get this back to having green foliage?

Thanks for any suggestions.
