‘Wheee!’ was new in 2012 and is growing quickly. In a new garden, it needs mulch to cut down the mud.

I’ve had ‘Whirlwind’ forever - one of my earliest hostas. But I’ve found it very slow growing. Two years ago, I took a division of it and tried it in a new location - east of my house rather than close to my Linden tree. This smaller division likes it here a lot and has already caught up to the original.

‘White Christmas’ likes its location immediately south of my oak tree and on the east side of my garden - close to my neighbour’s driveway. It gets some morning sun.

‘Wylde Green Cream’ is another sport of ‘Vanilla Cream’ and this one is doing well.

‘X-rated’ is an enthusiastic mini hosta that’s quite different from anything else in my garden.
