I have 3 plants in a pot on my deck. I have lots of leaves but no flower stems and no sign of any. I live in the Pacific Northwest; just west of Seattle. The pot overwintered on the deck beneath my garden window. The pot receives about 7 hours of full sun. Do you have any idea why I do not have any bloom stems?
