These cactus were found by my friend, Steve Collins working at Flower Song farm in Loomis, Wa (

they could be opuntia fragilis , opuntia polyacantha or opuntia x columbiana
it has the longer spines of o. polyacantha and like many i have seen some of the cacti look like they could be fragilis
o. columbiana has been described as a hybred between the o. polyacantha and o. fragilis so i would cautiously call it that.
first here is a photo of the area taken from Flower Song farm. the rock outcrop that you see is where he found the cacti, on the back slopes
here are some photos of the cacti and one succulent he found there
i do not know what the succulent is
