would you believe we got a downpour again today of rain
rain for 3 weeks straight never seen that much rain in decades..
in alabama..

Most of my work yesterday and expense is gone now down the yard..
from torents of rain..

thanks for the comments...and saying hello.

A lady near me is taking all her iris out of the ground drying them out and putting hamster type shavings in a paper box with the dried out iris that she had gotten
and planted 2 weeks ago to perserve the iris rhizones..

and replanting them in the fall due to soggy soil

the nursery told her to do so..this week due to weeks of unusual rain here..they were on higher grounb and still rotting.,,..due to rain.
