I bought this last year (2012). It has the metal Weeks Roses tag on it and the plastic tag both stating Perfect Moment. Last year, when I bought it from the nursery, it was in one of those 3gal Week's Roses containers AND had a bloom on it. That's why I chose that particular plant.
Ever since then, it's bloomed .. well, weird. This is this month's bloom from "Perfect Moment". It's never bloomed true-to-what-it's-supposed-to-look-like.
Any idea on why it's blooming only washed out blooms? The plant itself is healthy enough, about 2.5-3' tall and about 2-2.5' across. And looking at one of Sue's photos from HMF (
