I have been searching and searching for what this plant is. I stopped at this woman's home, I was so intrigued. She spoke broken English and she was unable to tell me what it was called or where she got it. What info I did understand is that it reseeds, perhaps not coming back from the original plant. I thought from a distance it was a liatris. It was not.

First person to give me a positive ID on this I will transfer 5 acorns to you. I REALLY want to know what this is Smiling
