Awww, thank you Zuzu. I had lunch with my mother, my sister and a cousin for my birthday treat, then got phone calls from my daughter, her husband and all the grandkids. It was a great day. I really would love to have a cat, as you know, but it's just not practical right now. I feel if you have animals, you should be able to treat them like one of your children ... and taking care of another being right now is just not the most practical thing in the world for me. I love seeing photos of your kitties, though ... just read your stories and the part about Millie. I have done that with dogs and it is an emotional moment when you realize they're no longer scared and are really enjoying life.
