That is a wheel off of a piece of mining equipment that my Mother and Dad brought in a number of years ago from an old abandoned mine site in the deserts of Utah. When I placed it there my Grandson dug a hole, rolled in the wheel, and added several good sized rocks before putting back the dirt. It is very stable. I also do not have any small climbing children in my yard. That would be important to a young father like you. Thanks for noticing it.
