Sweet Potato's!I grew up with sweet potato's being a staple in our household and I have always loved a baked sweet potato, mashed with butter and cinnamon on top; I love sweet potato casserole too! In my area of the country Sweet Potato Fries have become very popular ... and they are really good, especially served along with a pineapple dip (pineapple topping mixed with plain or vanilla yogurt), Yum! I think sweet potato fries are BETTER than regular fries but I like sweet potato's much better than regular white potato's and they do store longer. Oh my, that SP Hashbrown recipe sounds wonderful! I know this is pretty much a gardening website but I think we really need a sub-forum or thread for recipes; maybe in the Edibles and Preserving Forum; or at the end of each of these podcasts.
Great job on this podcast; although I don't have the space for planting/growing vegetables, I really enjoyed listening and learning!
