Looks hot. The peppers that I know that resemble the photo are varieties like Bishops Crown ( Capsicum baccatum), Mushroom, Bazuka,( Capsicum Chinense). The only Capsicum annum that I am aware of is Balloon. Center and seeds are hot, but the flesh is mild and sweet.
