I have been looking at the rose. Quite astonishing. This rose is wearing thorns only on the older and lower parts. Ohterwise it does not have thorns at all excepting under the leaf, just like rosa canina. I did some pictures for you. Climbing and not reblooming. No buds at all now. I should say light scent but scent. Only three lobes on the leaf next to the rose;
