Thank you to everyone and to Steve in particular. I like his analysis. Is true that this rose has been neglected and with all the roses I can tell that I did not see any bloom during that fall but cannot tell for sure it is not a rebloomer and the weather was not good at all for roses this year.
However I really do appreciate everyone efforts to help for the ID.
I will revert but now I am travelling and working with no much time to spend with you all.
