I do think I would remember the name, and a Meg rose doesn't sound at all familiar. I don't think it's a climber. I'm sure it's a bush. For one thing I wouldn't have purchased a climber for that situation, and for another I've only purchased 4 climbers in my life. It's a very big bushy bush. Those long branches reach up at least 8 feet. That may give it the look of a climber, but that's new since we cut the bush back two years ago.
