The rest of the stems and leaves are vigorous and normal.
The blooms on Robina have these streaks. Satisfaction had more than a few buds that never opened and just turned brown.
Whats happening?

It is 100% TBV. The best way to recognize viral stripes is to observe the reverse side of the petals. Viral stripes are always two-sided, that is they are reflected on the reverse side of the petal as well. Non-viral stripes are one-sided and often observed on 1 or 2 petals out of 6; besides they are less in quantity.
