If you look at the link I posted above, there are photos in it that show the difference between pre-bloom and instant rebloom. "regular" rebloom would be when the first scape is all the way done, the plant will often rest a couple weeks or even a couple months, then send up another scape. With instant rebloom, the second scape is coming up while the first scape is still blooming. But, with pre-bloom, the scape comes up outside of the fan, in early spring, and it is thought to be a leftover rebloom scape from the fall before, that didn't have time to mature the last year.
