My J23 finally bloomed. (My first blooms)., I bought this discounted at BBB last year. It was 2-tip very tall, thin and lanky but with fully developed root system. When I planted it into a 3 gallon pot it grew even taller and beefier, so I decided to cut it up into 3 pieces late last year. The middle part rooted and gave me 2 branches but did not bloom yet, the 2-tip top part is growing healthy but did not bloom yet. What is surprising to me is the bottom part gave me 2 branches and the first to bloom. I think it is all about, which part of the plummie has fully developed root system that can initiate the first bloom.

Nevertheless, I was not disappointed, bloom sizes are about 4 and they are drop dead gorgeous and fragrant (not quite sure how to describe the fragrance).
