Yes they will still bloom. Mine are starting bloom now too. That is usual for my area they bloom from late August-Sept. According to the weather (the degree of sun and warmth/cool) will affect how long they hold their color will be your only difference.

If it stays warm they will retain the color, if it gets too cool the color fades and you get the brown winter heads.
