Here is the recipe.........Cut the kernels from 6-8 large ears of sweet corn which you have prepared in the micro-wave. Put the corn in a medium sized saucepan and add 1 cup of milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 6tsp. of granulated sugar, a pinch of pepper, and a tsp of salt. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl combine 2 Tbsp of melted butter with 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour, and add this to the corn mixture. Mix well and remove from heat. You can stir in 1/4 cup of good shredded parmesan cheese or if you want it to look fancy put it in a heat-proof casserole and sprinkle the cheese on top and brown under the broiler. If fresh corn isn't available you can substitute 2- 20 ounce boxes of frozen corn. People in the Healthy Life Style Thread should avoid the recipe Hilarious!
