Except for last year, Stella has never rebloomed for me either. But, poor Stella is not planted in a really great location either (under a bush I need to trim). It's something I don't purchase for - but if it happens I am thriled, it's like a surprie.
Best In Class is reblooming right now with scapes that are full of buds.
