Okay, now I am truly laughing out loud. It swallowed a mower!

We have a local swap twice a year and most of the plants are potentially ...well, invasive is such a strong work. Let's just say the plants are easy to grow and leave plenty to share for next year's swap. That's where I inherited walking iris, walking onions, and plants that make babies like Mother of Thousands and Bilbergia.

Anything from the swap that I cannot readily identify I plant into one bed and let it fend for itself. (Wow, look, it's an Easter Lily!!!) Once something can be identified, I move it to a permanent location or...get rid of it by taking it back where it came from.
