Toni, Thanks. good timing, because I'm going to call them to order Red Riding Hood, and I was trying to decide whether to go with Mme Hardy or Mme Plantier. Wonder if I should cancel the Red Intuition and give up on that one? One of mine died completely, and the other is down to one cane, but that one cane has produced quite a few blooms this summer.
I lost Charles de Mills, along with several others, but I will take 99% of the blame on that. I'll say what I say every year: yeah...but Next Year will be Different! Rolling my eyes. Really it will. I'm putting in soaker lines and sprinklers. And we're almost finished with the remodeling! Haha I looked back at the Palatine 2012 thread and re-read what I wrote about renovation last year. We're still chugging away at it. I'm tiling now, so we're on the final lap indoors. Next we start the pergolas and deck outside. That will be much easier. Then....I get to plant roses and grapevines all across the back of the house! Crossing my fingers....
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
